Before your visit, you’ll complete an intake and provide relevant medical information. We will review your health history, symptoms, current concerns, previous testing, medications, supplements, and goals to determine whether our Functional Medicine approach may be appropriate for you.

No. There are no prepaid packages or predetermined number of visits. The $99 Case Review is designed as a simple first step to understand your case and determine what, if anything, makes sense next.

If Functional Medicine is appropriate for you, the next step is an Initial Lab Review, Treatment & Care Strategy visit for $349. We’ll review relevant findings, discuss what may be contributing to your symptoms, and develop an individualized strategy.

It depends on your individual case. We review relevant existing laboratory results and clinical information first. Additional testing may be recommended when clinically appropriate.

Follow-up visits are $249 and are scheduled only when clinically necessary. They typically last 20–30 minutes and may include reviewing progress or new lab findings, answering questions, and adjusting recommendations.

There is no predetermined number of visits. Your care progresses based on your individual needs, findings, and response to the recommendations provided.

Yes. Functional Medicine appointments are provided virtually, allowing eligible patients to receive care without traveling to The Violette House
