● THE CARE YOU'VE BEEN MISSING
Ancient Care, Made for Every Phase
At the heart of our work is abhyanga — a centuries-old Ayurvedic ritual of warm, herb-infused oils worked gently into the body. Not a standard massage, but traditional care that meets you where you are — whether you're hoping to conceive, growing a baby, or recovering after birth.
● FERTILITY
Support While You're Trying to Conceive
Abhyanga brings the warmth, steadiness, and deep relaxation that support a body preparing for conception — gently easing stress and promoting healthy circulation along the way.
● PREGNANCY
Comfort for Your Changing Body
During pregnancy, abhyanga eases tension and achiness, supports circulation, and calms the nervous system — nurturing a sense of ease and connection, with oils always adapted for you.
● POSTPARTUM
The Care No One Else Gives Mom
Abhyanga is a cornerstone of traditional postpartum care — bringing warmth into a healing body, supporting circulation and lactation, and inviting the deep rest of the Sacred Window after birth.

What You Might Be Wondering
-
It feels like one, but it's its own thing — hands-on care built for the postpartum body, with warm oils, abdominal work, and belly binding you won't find in a standard spa massage. The focus is your recovery, not just relaxation.
-
Whenever you feel ready — many moms begin within the first few weeks. We keep the work very gentle early on and build from there as you heal.
-
Yes. We adapt every session to your healing and avoid the incision area until it's well along and you're comfortable.
-
Absolutely — and many moms do. If you'd rather have the hour entirely to yourself, that's wonderful too.
-
You're still welcome. There's no expiration date on recovery — moms come months and even years out and still feel the benefit.
-
Almost nothing. Wear something comfy, eat beforehand if you can, and give yourself a few unhurried minutes to arrive.
-
Postpartum bodywork sessions are available in two lengths: 50-minute sessions are $135 and 90-minute sessions are $195.
