If trying naturally, start 2–3 months before conception. For IVF/IUI, begin 6–8 weeks before your cycle. Key treatment times include pre-stim, during stimulation, before retrieval, day of transfer, and post-transfer. For male fertility, plan 10–12 weeks.

Most patients come weekly while trying to conceive. During IVF cycles (stim, retrieval, transfer), we may add 1–2 extra visits. Expect an initial 8–12-week plan, then we reassess based on your progress.

Yes. Our practitioners are trained in reproductive care and coordinate with your RE or OB. We adjust treatments for each cycle phase and ensure all points are safe alongside IVF, IUI, and fertility medications.

Your first visit includes a detailed intake covering health history, cycle tracking, stress, and goals, followed by a gentle treatment. We'll create a personalized plan and discuss timing for ovulation, IUI, or IVF.
